Mallorca Airport Transfer to Alcudia

The Bay of Alcudia, with its 10-kilometre-long sandy beach and shallow waters, is absolutely ideal for a fun and relaxing family holiday. While you will certainly be able to find some nightlife here, the area isn't as party-oriented as some of the resorts in the south of the island.

Whether you want to unwind on the beach, enjoy water sports activities, go on boat trips or explore the surrounding area, the Bay of Alcudia has something to offer for everyone. No doubt, you will already be busy making plans!

And to make sure that not a minute of your precious holiday time is wasted, you will want to figure out the best and quickest way of getting from Palma de Mallorca Airport to Alcudia. So, what are the options?

  • Car hire - this can get quite complicated and very expensive...mmm, maybe not...

  • A taxi from the airport taxi rank - this involves queueing, the cost of the journey is unknown, there might not be a child seat if you need one...doesn't sound ideal...

  • Taking the bus - you will be waiting around at the bus stop, there are frequent stops and no direct door-to-door connection...no, too much hassle...

  • A Solhop airport transfer - easy to book, good value, fixed price, direct and speedy door-to-door service in the right size vehicle with child seat if needed...sounds amazing, but will it be within my budget?

Excellent value for money

Despite the numerous advantages of a Solhop airport transfer, a pre-arranged transfer with Solhop is no more expensive, and at times works out cheaper, than a taxi from the airport taxi rank. And, if you are travelling in a larger group, a pre-booked taxi with Solhop can even be cheaper per person than a bus ticket from Palma de Mallorca Airport to Alcudia - incredible but true!

So, take the stress out of your airport transfer experience by booking with Solhop and enjoy all of the other benefits that come with it:

Quick and easy to book

A booking with Solhop doesn't take any time at all. Simply fill in the short booking form at the top of this page and leave the rest of the work to us.

Know the price of your transfer in advance

We will inform you of the price of your chosen transfer even before you complete your booking form. This will be the final price, so you will not need to barter with the driver or worry about any hidden costs.

Speedy, door-to-door transfer

At Solhop, we only operate private transfers. Your booked transfer vehicle is solely reserved for you and your travel companions. The driver will take you directly from the airport to your accommodation in Alcudia - no detours or additional stops!

Meet and Greet

When you land at Palma Airport, your driver will already be expecting you in the arrivals area, holding a sign with your name on it. Your transfer vehicle will be parked close by and you will be on your way to your holiday accommodation, while others are still trying to sort out their onward travel at the airport.

Sounds fantastic, but what happens if my flight is delayed?...

You don't need to worry about any potential delays. Your driver will be monitoring the arrival time of your flight and will therefore be at the airport at the right time, even if you arrive later than planned.

Why book with Solhop?

Risk-free

We don't ask for pre-payment or even credit card details when you book a transfer with us. You make your payment directly to the driver, once you have arrived at your destination. And, should you need to change or cancel your booking, you can do this at any time, completely free of charge. Therefore, you don't risk losing any money when you book with Solhop.

Large fleet

You may need a different-sized vehicle, depending on how many people and how much luggage you are travelling with. Maybe you want to travel as cheaply as possible or you may wish to splash out and start your holiday with a bit of luxury. Whatever your requirements, we will have the right vehicle to suit your needs. Do check out our fleet via the booking form at the top of this page.

Alcudia town

Alcudia is an extremely good-looking town in the north of Mallorca, where you will find an abundance of narrow, cobbled streets with a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and centuries-old, charming buildings

The old part is surrounded by a beautifully restored town wall, which is accessible and offers great views across the roofs of the town and the surrounding countryside.

Integrated into the town wall is the beautiful St Jaume church, a Roman-Catholic church from the late 17th century, built in the Neo-Gothic style.

Not far from the church you can visit the old Roman settlement "Pollentia", where you can marvel at the remains of a small Roman theatre, a residential area, and the forum, where public gatherings were held in Roman times.

Twice a week, on Sunday and Tuesday mornings, there is a great market in Alcudia's old town. It boasts a huge variety of different stalls, from local food, fresh fruit and vegetables to clothes, accessories, artwork, and souvenirs... you will find it difficult to come away without spending any money!

Puerto de Alcudia

Alcudia's port can be found just over 2 kilometres from the old town and is renowned for its beautiful sandy beaches, which stretch for several kilometres along the coast. SolHoP provides great service. When we arrived, the driver waited for us even if we were late. And when we drove back to airport, the driver arrived on time. The customer service responses through email were also very quick and they answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. We will use this service again when we return.

ak_1357 (GR)

We were 5 people (inc. 3 kids) traveling from the center of Madrid to the Madrid airport. Given we had an early morning flight back to the U.S., we booked this taxi transfer. Booking was easy. The driver was very professional, on time, and the vehicle was very comfortable. I am glad we chose this service for an easy transfer at the beginning of a long journey home.

Carolnomad (GR)

The driver was really professional and I was delayed due to luggage issues so I called him and he waited patiently for me. The car provided was an upgrade and a nice surprise and the ride back was smooth. Nice welcome and fluent in english

TravelGuy0505 (GR)

We were 5 people travelling from our hotel in Granda to a hotel in Malaga. The booking process and journey were both very comfortable. The vehicle was on time and the driver was very professional and courteous. The 7 seater van was also of luxury class ( Mercedes).
